Thank you for shopping at Gentle Fox! We are thrilled you've chosen our handcrafted concrete creations. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery practices within Canada.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the following Canadian provinces:
British Columbia
Alberta
Manitoba
Saskatchewan
Ontario
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. This allows us to carefully package your delicate concrete items to ensure they arrive safely. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 7 - 10 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and potential carrier delays.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination, as follows:
Standard Shipping:
1 - 2 Lb: $20.00
3 - 5 Lb: $25.00
More than 5 Lb: Please email us at: info@gentlefox.ca for a shipping quote. Please include your order details and shipping address in your email.
Free Delivery (Metro Vancouver Only):
We offer FREE delivery within Metro Vancouver, Canada, on orders of $50.00 or more (before taxes). This will be automatically applied at checkout if your order meets the criteria and your shipping address is within the Metro Vancouver area.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Important Information Regarding Concrete Items:
Our concrete items are handmade and can be fragile. We take great care in packaging them securely.
Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please make a note of it when signing for the delivery (if applicable).
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging at info@gentlefox.ca. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
Gentle Fox is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@gentlefox.ca and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Gentle Fox is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
